"Ha Long" means descending dragon in Vietnamese. This name is originated from our ancestors who believed that we, Vietnamese people, are the children of dragon. Ha Long Bay is the most beautiful bay in Vietnam with thousand of limestone island covered by rain-forests. There are a lot of outdoor activities at Ha Long Bay such as sight seeing, scuba diving, rock climbing and hiking.
I have been there twice. I love to hop on a small boat and going around small islands. It is so beautiful and peaceful. I love to eat sea foods at the bay because they are fresh, delicious and the price is very reasonable.

I was so surprised while I was watching the video you post because we have a kind of same spot, called Matsusima in my home town, Miyagi, Japan, and it was designated as the three great views of Japan. Your post reminded me of my hometown and made me miss it!
